We met A&M Services at a local Home Show and told them that we were interested in a new roof. We told them that we were ready to move forward by getting some estimates. A few days later we met with Mike and obtained a quote on the spot. We were able to pick roofing from the samples and literature he had with him. We agreed upon a time schedule. They stayed in touch with us on a regular basis. On the day they promised, a crew showed up and began the work. They worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the job before the promised time. Cleanup was exceptional. The chimney and the roof looks great.

The gentleman was here in quite a bit of time when he came out to quote the roof and give me an estimate. He gave me a very thorough estimate. He probably gave me more information than what I ever would have needed. There was no hidden cost. I knew exactly what I was getting and how much I was going to pay. I really liked the thorough quote that he gave. I have had them come back and give me a quote on some other job around my property as well.

The guy did a really good job with my roofing project, and they explained things well. I think they also did some extra things. They were really friendly. I would use them again for sure.

I used A&M Home Services for roofing. We got a new roof on. He did a gutter work too. They did a wonderful job on that. They did a fantastic job. Their response was really good on that job.

Contacted this company for a quote for roof repair. All communication was sent via email. Jared responded quickly along with going to the home and providing me an estimate as I had requested. Overall, my experience with this company has been positive.

Jared came out and quoted the roof replacement project. He is very knowledgeable and was able to give me a price right there and then. I called him because of the good reviews on Angie’s list. They came out and in 2 days the whole job was complete. I am satisfied that I have a professional job and there was no mess left behind they laid down tarps around the house and cleaned up afterwards.

New troughs in one day! New shingles, waterproof rolled roofing (because of low slant), and gutter replacement all in one day. Complete clean up after the job was finished. These guys are focused! EVERYBODY works with no standing around. We will ask them back in the spring to complete the other half of the roof. We give them an A+.

A&M Home Services cleaned some gutters for me. They also removed some leaves off of my driveway and that kind of stuff for me. They were just good guys and they didn’t have to, but they certainly did.

A&M crew shoveled and cleared my driveway of snow as soon as the weather allowed. Snow was at least 3-4 inches deep. Crew came early morning, did their roofing repair job quickly and efficiently, and left the driveway cleared of snow and ice, pushing the mess out of the way on the sides. Good job, guys! Would easily recommend the roofing company to friends and neighbors!

Some of the best selling points for us were: the lifetime (50 year) warranty on the new roof, with the option to transfer once greatly increasing resale value for our house; their credentials with BBB, willingness to provide proof of insurance, license, permit, etc; the fact that Mike was the foreman who would be on job the whole time; and their honesty. He explained that they would not be able to do the job until it was over 50 degrees so the shingles would seal properly. Normally, this wouldn’t be a problem in March, but again it was a horrifically cold and long winter. Mike said they had other jobs, but as ours would be only one day he hoped to be able to fit us in on a Friday within the next two weeks. He kept in touch and called a few days before to schedule a Friday job about two weeks later, but an unexpected snow on Thursday delayed about another week. But again they were constantly in touch and were able to do the job the following Wednesday. The crew arrived on time at 7:30 AM and were finished by 5:00 PM.

This group of workers were extremely professional, quick, and most importantly did a fantastic job. The roof and gutters look amazing and the job came in exactly on quote.

We contacted Jared after discovering some water damage in our basement ceiling. We suspected a leak in our porch roof. Jared came and spent over one hour conducting an investigation to discover the source of the leak. He ruled out the roof being the problem, but then identified a leak in the bathroom. After all this careful work, Jared charged $0 because the roof did not need repair. Amazing! Jared responded quickly to our initial contact (within 12 hours). He was prompt, professional, and smart. I recommend him highly.

I’m very astonished at how well your stone masons handled the brick laying process. There seems to be no cracks or flaws anywhere. By far the best masonry contractor service I’ve ever had. Job well done.

I am thoroughly impressed with A&M and their installation team. My new replacement gutters are extremely durable and were installe beautifully with my siding and roof lining. Five-stars.

It went great, the guys are hard workers and they arrived before 7 a.m. I believe they had the entire old roof off including the garage by 9. Not too sure what the neighbors think of all the enthusiasm at that time of the morning but 12 hours later the entire house was finished and the garage is almost done. The property was thoroughly picked up before they left. The new roof looks great, I am so happy I picked this company and I am happy I won’t have to replace this roof in my life time, someone else can worry about that.

I got 4 different quotes to replace my roof. Prices were very competitive, I went with these guys because of the positive reviews on Angie’s List. They came out around 7:30am, a crew of around 6 or 7 guys. They laid out tarps all around the house because I had them do a complete tear off. These guys are very professional. It was a terribly cold day with brutal winds and these guys just did an exceptional job. They had the roof tore off and almost completely reroofed by the end of that day. They came back the following morning for a couple of hours and finished up. The whole crew did a complete walk around several times before they left to make sure there were no nails or trash left around the house. They did a beautiful job and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future…..

Had a leak around my chimney that had to be fixed, as well as have the surrounding plywood replaced. The house had sat empty for a year before I bought it and this leak had been going on the whole time. The flashing around the chimney consisted basically of someone slapping some sealant on it and calling it done. Well this didn’t hold up for long. I called A&M, they came out, gave me a quote, and after some research found that they were a little cheaper than the other places I had look at it. They called me on the day they were ready to do the work, and by the time I got home from work, they had already been out and finished the job. The flashing around the chimney now looks properly sealed, and the rotted wood was replaced and the shingles replaced and you’d never know there was a problem. Very happy with the work. When I go to have the roof replaced in 5 years I’ll probably be giving them a call.

Complete tear off of 3 layers of reroof for my roof replacement project. Removed chimney. The crew did a fantastic job, worked very hard to get the job done. Very impressed with the knowledge of employees.These employees are an asset for the company.

The provider came in February to repair the roof for shingles that came off over the winter. They had inspected the entire roof and repaired loose shingles. In April, I noticed more shingles loose/gone. They were extremely busy but after I spoke to the owner about a secondary need and urgency, he came out immediately to double check and replace shingles. He took pictures and emailed them to me so that I could see the replacements as well as the condition of my roof overall (some worn areas). to show why other shingles would have come loose after the initial repair. The owner cares about customer service even during busy times and customer’s concern on work quality. He definitely went out of his way to ensure I was assured of complete repair and issues resolved.

The provider fixed a chimney leak because the flashing around the chimney was installed incorrectly. They quoted within a couple of days for both chimney repair and roofing. We paid a small deposit and they said they would contact us within two weeks to schedule the work. They arrived at the 2 week point and did the work while we were gone. The repair looks like it was done well. We were pleased with the process and their work.

They did a complete tear-off of existing 4 layers! Installed new decking, repairs of soffit trim work on this early 1900’s home, new – and properly installed – drip edges (previous ones were a mess!), other repairs not originally included in estimate at no additional cost, installation of new “architectural” roofing shingles. fabulous warranty on roof. This is a “victorian style” home with very steep angles and peaks. Several other companies really tried to “gouge” me on price because of this…

Jesse came out and gave us a written estimate within a week of calling regarding new roofing. He couldn’t have been nicer and really knew what he was talking about. He took us through the whole procedure and the type of products that would be used. We were impressed. He said it would be about 3-4 weeks before they could do the job. Two weeks later Mike called and said they had a job postponed and could be there in an hour if that was alright. I was good with that! I arrived home from work shortly after 4 and all of the tear off had been done and they were working on applying the base. They stayed until 6 and were back the next morning at 8:30. Finished the job by noon. This crew was terrific! They knew exactly what they were doing and did a fantastic job. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. Even the deck furniture and plants were placed back in position.

The roofing project went very well. They also removed a skylight and repaired water damage from over the years.

They installed a new roof. Everything seems great so far.

It only took a few days for the initial roof replacement service. Follow up appointments had to be made to add more j-channels. Our gutters were damaged in the process of removing the roof. A subsequent appointment was made to have the gutters replaced and hung at the expense of A and M. All of this was handled promptly and professionally.

I called these guys out to do some roofing work on my home and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Thanks again for all your hard work!

A&M did a fantastic job with my roofing project. A+ work from true professionals.

They show up, they do the work. They don’t leave and somehow forget to come back. They stay on your property until job is done. The job was done in one day. They stayed until 10pm picking up their tools, blowing the yard for debris and nails, etc. They were courteous. They inspected the work.

The estimator took a video of my roof and played it back to me on his laptop showing me all the issues I didn’t know about. A picture speaks louder than words. They also patched a hole in the roof near the ridge that had been leaking who knows how long into my attic, weeks before the project as there was rain predicted and they were out about 45 days. He went over with large pics from their album, along with the actual samples of the shingles and showed me every one and he helped me choose a nice color that would blend with or contrast the siding color on the house. He explained the different grades of siding and the total cost, etc.

They have a 1 yr. same as cash program that is very helpful if you can’t cough up all the $$$ at once. Price is not extreme, but substantially higher than some other companies estimated.

I also had some companies say they wouldn’t do a partial. I started out wanting only the house done, as the garage, which is attached, but the roofs are not attached, had been previously sided after a fire on my property damaged it. When these guys came out, I was convinced to even have them tear off the garage shingles as they were not very nice looking and the color was bland and I had concerns about the step flashing job they had done where the house meets the garage. I decided I preferred the architectural shingles and the garage roof looked flat and had no class and was a poor grade of shingle with only a 15 yr. warranty. The Timberline 50 yr. shingle warranty against mold, moss, streaks sold me on GAF.

I had the whole house, garage, and porch roofed all in one day. Excellent folks.
